Third Party Content Providers definition

Third Party Content Providers means any and all persons or entities authorized by Customer to provide Customer Content.

Examples of Third Party Content Providers in a sentence

  • Ayco, ASA or its Third Party Content Providers, if applicable, own a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content as well as in the content original to an E-Service.

  • Neither SIX Exfeed nor its Third Party Content Providers shall be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or delays in content or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.

  • Neither EXFEED nor its Third Party Content Providers shall be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or delays in content or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.

  • TFM disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, licensure of Third Party Content Providers, reliability, or operability or availability of information or the Material accessible by use of the Services.

  • Third Party Content Providers may impose additional charges to End Users.
