Examples of Third Party COTS Software in a sentence

  • Consultant, as a party to this contract and as an authorized user or reseller of Third Party COTS Software, shall provide warranty coverage in accordance with the warranty provisions required for the contractor’s software.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
