Third Party Data definition

Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
Third Party Data means any and all third party data disseminated directly or indirectly from the LME to the Licensee from time to time (including but not limited to, the third party data set out at Schedule 1 as updated and amended by the LME, from time to time);
Third Party Data means data not owned by ESO but which is (or access to which is) provided by ESO under a Software Schedule.

  • Additional terms and limitations applicable to Third-Party Data may be provided on the applicable Order.

  • ESO does not warrant the functionality, reliability, accuracy, completeness or utility of, Third-Party Data, or accept any liability therefor.

  • The updates and changes can for example be required to comply with applicable law, address a material security risk, correct errors in services or manage a Third-Party Data provider discontinuing or altering data delivery.

  • If Customer (as indicated on an Order) elects to license Third-Party Data (e.g., fire codes), then subject to the terms hereof, ESO hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license during the Term to use such Third-Party Data via the Software solely for Customer’s internal purposes.

Third Party Data means information and data supplied by third parties (not including BNY Mellon or any BNY Mellon Affiliate) for use in connection with the Services.
