Third Party Materials definition

Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, related services, equipment, or components of or relating to the Solutions that are not proprietary to CentralSquare.
Third Party Materials means Materials that are licensed or obtained by Contractor from a Third Party.
Third Party Materials means proprietary third party materials which are incorporated into the Final Deliverables, including without limitation stock photography or illustration.

  • Contractor shall set forth in an exhibit to each Statement of Work all Contractor Materials and Third Party Materials that Contractor intends to use in connection with that Statement of Work.

Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.
