Third Party Grantor definition
Third Party Grantor means INK, MICL or Purdue.
Third Party Grantor means (1) each person or entity included in the definition of Grantor herein and which is not an Obligor under all of the Secured Obligations, and (2) each person or entity included in the definition of Grantor herein if any Obligor is not included in said definition.
Examples of Third Party Grantor in a sentence
If the relocation or replacement of the Cable is requested or caused by a Third Party, Grantor shall attempt to obtain reimbursement of Grantor's costs from said Third Party.
Until all Secured Obligations shall have been paid in full, no Third Party Grantor shall have any right of subrogation, and each Third Party Grantor waives any right to enforce any remedy which Beneficiary now has or may hereafter have against any Obligor or any other person, and waives any benefit of, or any right to participate in, any security now or hereafter held by Beneficiary.
