Third Party Licensor Agreement definition
Third Party Licensor Agreement means an agreement pursuant to which a Third Party Licensor licenses or sublicenses to BP or a Biofuels Affiliate rights with respect to intellectual property rights owned or controlled by such Third Party Licensor, including without limitation any Software Contract.
