Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, use of the Third Party Open Source Software shall be subject to the license terms and conditions applicable to such Third Party Open Source Software, to the extent required by the applicable licensor (which terms shall not restrict the license rights granted to Customer hereunder, but may contain additional rights).

The parties understand and agree that Customer has no obligation to use the Third Party Open Source Software recommended by Tall Maple and is free instead to build its own workaround to replace such software.
To the extent that Third Party Open Source Software is included in Developed Products and/or used to perform Development Work, Developer represents and warrants that Developer and its subcontractors (a) have not used any such Open Source Software in such a way that would be incompatible with the Outbound License.
This Section 18.2 and Sections 7 (Intellectual Property Rights), 10 (Privacy), 11 (Third Party Sources and Content), 12 (Third Party Open Source Software), 13 (Warranty Disclaimers), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnity), and 19 (Assignment) to 21 (General) shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Notwithstanding any terms to the contrary in this Agreement, Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (i) the Cloudera Products contain Third Party Open Source Software; and (ii) Customer agrees to comply with the third party open source licenses applicable to the Third Party Open Source Software.
