Third Party Payor Agreements definition

Third Party Payor Agreements means all agreements listed on SCHEDULE 5.16(A) hereto to which any Seller is a party relating to the furnishing, management or maintenance of, or administration or data processing services relating to, physician or other professional service networks in connection with professional, medical or health maintenance services or other health cost arrangements in connection with any of the Businesses. Third Party Payor Agreements means, with respect to the Business, the contracts and agreements between Seller and any Government Body, insurance company, managed care company or other third party payor.
