Third Party Reimbursement Fee definition

Third Party Reimbursement Fee means all out-of-pocket fees and other costs payable to Third Parties by CSC or CSC Subsidiaries as a result of the creation of a copy of any Licensed Product.
Third Party Reimbursement Fee means all out-of-pocket fees and other costs payable to Third Parties by Delta or Delta Subsidiaries as a result of the creation of a copy of any Licensed Product.

Related to Third Party Reimbursement Fee

  • Expense Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c).

  • Trust Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 3.06A(a) of this Agreement.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Cost Reimbursement means a contract which provides for a fee other than a fee based on a percentage of cost and under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.
