Third Party User definition
Third Party User means the operator (including the Train Operator) of any train excluding any Ancillary Movements and excluding any Planned Service;
Third Party User means any individual or organisation, other than the Applicant and IDA, that uses the Broadband Service.
Third Party User is a third-party contractor or vendor designated by Customer as a User as permitted under Section 4.
Examples of Third Party User in a sentence
Customer may designate one or more Third-Party Users as required to facilitate Customer’s permitted use of the Products, provided that use and access by any Third-Party User must be under obligation of non-disclosure consistent with Section 16 (Confidentiality), solely for Customer’s or its Subsidiary’s internal business operations and benefit, and otherwise subject to the terms of the Agreement.
Dynatrace shall have no direct or indirect obligation or liability to any Third-Party User.

Third Party User means any of Client’s customers, or their customers, to the extent such persons are provided access to the Solution or Third-Party Data Services hereunder.
