Third Party Worker definition

Third Party Worker means contract employees, employees of suppliers or contractors, employees of consultants, or any other third party worker.
Third Party Worker means any individual who, as of immediately prior to the Effective Time: (i) devotes the majority of his or her working time to performing services on behalf of the Business and (ii) provides those services through an external third party labor broker or distributor.

  • Any Employee or Third Party Worker (Appointed Personnel) that for any reason, knows or has access to inside information of the Organization as defined in the Insider Trading Policy approved by the companies of the Organization, must adjust their business behavior in fullaccordance to the corporate legal guidelines on the handling of privileged information if participating in the public securities market.

  • Each Employee and Third Party Worker is expected to promote a culture of non-discrimination and mutual respect.

  • Any breach of the Code by suppliers, contractors or Third Party Workers will be evaluated according to the terms of the applicable contract governing the Organization’s relationship with such supplier, contractor or Third Party Worker.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Third Party Service Provider means any consultant, agent, advisor, or independent contractor who renders services to the Company, a Subsidiary, or an Affiliate that (a) are not in connection with the offer and sale of the Company’s securities in a capital raising transaction, and (b) do not directly or indirectly promote or maintain a market for the Company’s securities.
