Third Priority Security Documents definition
Third Priority Security Documents means each agreement or document granting or purporting to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇ on any Common Collateral to secure Third Priority Obligations.
Third Priority Security Documents means, with respect to any Type of Common Collateral, the Security Documents governing the related Third Priority Obligations; provided that, prior to the 21C Term Loan Termination Date, solely for purposes of the MDL Priority Collateral Enforcement Provisions, “Third Priority Security Documents” shall mean the PIK Toggle Notes Security Documents.
Third Priority Security Documents means the Third Priority Pledge and Security Agreement and Irrevocable Proxy, dated as of the Issue Date, by and among the Company, the Guarantors, the other Subsidiaries of the Company party thereto and the Third Priority Collateral Agent, any mortgages, the Intercreditor Agreement and all of the security agreements, pledges, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, trust deeds or other instruments evidencing or creating or purporting to create any security interests in favor of the Third Priority Collateral Agent or Collateral Control Agent for its benefit and for the benefit of the trustee under the Junior Secured Notes Indenture and the holders of the Junior Secured Notes.

Third Priority Security Documents means the “Collateral Agreements”, as defined in the Third Priority Debt Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted by any Grantor to secure any Third Priority Claims or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.
