This Resolution means this instrument as originally executed and as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof.

More Definitions of This Resolution

This Resolution or “Series 2019 Resolution” means this Resolution and the related Certificate of Award for the Series 2019 Bonds.
