Three Month Treasury Rate definition

Three Month Treasury Rate means, as of any date of determination, the weekly average yield as of such date of determination of actually traded United States Treasury securities adjusted to a constant maturity of three (3) months (as compiled and published in the most recent Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) that has become publicly available at least two (2) Business Days prior to such date of determination (or, if such Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519) is no longer published, any publicly available source of similar market data)). For the avoidance of doubt, this calculation is based on yields on actively traded non-inflation-indexed issues adjusted to constant maturities.
Three Month Treasury Rate means, with respect to any Quarterly Period, the result of the following calculation regarding the Three Month Discount Rate for such Quarterly Period, rounded to the nearest basis point: Three Month Discount Rate (%) x 365 360 - (91 x.01 x Three Month Discount Rate (%))

The interest rate will be determined by accessing the screen entitled "PX1" for U.S. Treasury ▇▇▇▇ Securities as reported by the Bloomberg Professional Service (or any successor service selected by the General Partner in the event that such service ceases to publish such rate).
Three Month Treasury Rate means, with respect to any date of determination, the rate per annum equal to (i) the yield, under the heading which represents the average for the immediately prior week, appearing in the most recently published statistical release designated "H.15 (519)" or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve and which establishes yields on actively traded United States Treasury securities adjusted to constant maturity under the caption "Treasury Constant Maturities," for United States Treasury Securities having a three-month maturity or (ii) if such release (or any successor release) is not published during the week preceding the calculation date or does not contain such yields, the rate per annum equal to the quarterly equivalent yield to maturity of the Comparable Treasury Issue, assuming a price for the Comparable Treasury Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Treasury Price for such date plus 0.50%.
