Three Shifts. On three shifts, the Employer shall employ for the first shift one driver for each piece of equipment selected as provided in Section 3F(2) and for the second and third shifts only drivers obtained through the Employment Office of the Union in the locality where the jobsite operation is situated, if available. 3 (G) CLASSIFICATION OF REGISTRANTS
Three Shifts. On a three-shift schedule, the lunch period for the first shift shall be from 12:00 noon to 12:30 p.m.; second shift from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; third shift from 3:00 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. Whenever three (3) shifts in department by classification are necessary, each shift shall be paid for eight (8) hours work with one half-hour lunch period included. Pieceworkers shall be paid at their weekly average hourly rate for one-half hour lunch period. Hourly workers shall be paid their hourly rate for the one-half hour lunch period.

  • Day Shift means a shift which commences at or after 6.00 am and before 10.00 am. "Afternoon shift" means a shift which commences at or after 10.00 am and before 4.00 pm.

  • Afternoon shift means any shift finishing after 6.00 p.m. and at or before midnight.

  • Week means seven consecutive days.

  • Hour means an hour of sixty minutes. For the purpose of hire and / or penalty charges, fraction of an hour up to 30 (thirty) minutes will not be taken into account and more than 30 (thirty) minutes will be treated as one full hour.

  • TARGET2 Day means a day that TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro.

  • Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.

  • Clock hour means either of the following:

  • Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “interest period,” timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each interest period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Calculation Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Calculation Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Calculation Agent determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Calculation Agent determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Working Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for business in the City of London.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • A week means seven days without regard to the number of hours worked in any day in that week.

  • Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR means the rate for Term SOFR for a tenor of three months that is published by the Term SOFR Administrator at the Reference Time for any Floating Interest Period, as determined by the Calculation Agent after giving effect to the Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.

  • Kilowatt-hour or “kWh” shall mean three decimal six million (3.6 10E6) Joule

  • Shift means a daily tour of duty exclusive of overtime hours.

  • Day/Days means calendar days, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

  • Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.
