Three Working Days definition

Three Working Days. Products that require hand packing other than those considered items subject to Sections 6.5.4 or 6.5.5 below.

  • Group 2 Three Working Days This leave will only be when the employee is delayed from returning to the community due interruption in transportation service.

  • Failure by the Issuer to list or delisting or suspension of trading of the Debentures on the WDM segment of the Stock Exchange, unless there is a technical default which is not remedied within 3 (Three) Working Days.

  • If the Client takes the Margin Loan without the indication of its repayment date and the Bank repledges Client’s Financial Instruments which serve as the Financial Collateral, according to Clause 6.8 hereof, the Bank may return the Financial Instruments held as the Financial Collateral to the Client within 3 (Three) Working Days from the moment of the repayment of the Margin Loan by the Client.

  • If the Client submits the Order to the Bank for the provision of the Margin Loan by attracting credit funds from the Counterparty against the Financial Collateral of the Client’s Financial Instruments, the Bank may return the Financial Instruments which serve as the Financial Collateral within 3 (Three) Working Days from the moment the Client has repaid the Margin Loan.

Related to Three Working Days

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • Work Days means judicial days (or a day when the court is open).

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.
