Three Year Lender definition

Three Year Lender means, at any time, any Lender that has a Three Year Commitment or a Three Year Loan at such time.
Three Year Lender means, at any time, any Lender that has a Three-Year Commitment, all or a portion of which is unused, or an outstanding Three-Year Term Loan at such time.
Three Year Lender means a Lender with a Three-Year Commitment and/or Three-Year Revolving Credit Exposure.

  • Funding Year means in the case of the first Funding Year, the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the following March 31, and in the case of Funding Years subsequent to the first Funding Year, the period commencing on the date that is April 1 following the end of the previous Funding Year and ending on the following March 31;

  • Incremental Term Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Term Loan Commitment or an outstanding Incremental Term Loan.

However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Term Year means a 12-month period beginning on the first day of the Term and each successive 12-month period thereafter.

  • Incremental Term Loan Installment Date shall have, with respect to any Class of Incremental Term Loans established pursuant to an Incremental Assumption Agreement, the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(a)(ii).
