Threshold Amount for Highly Compensated Workers definition
Threshold Amount for Highly Compensated Workers means the greater of the threshold amount for highly compensated workers as determined by the Division of Labor Standards and Statistics in the Department of Labor and Employment, as of August 10, 2022 or the date Participant accepts this Agreement.
