A proposed 9% Tax Credit project that has met all of the Basic Threshold Requirements and Additional Threshold Requirements described in Sections 10325(f) and (g) below.
If an Applicant receives a partial allocation in a given round, and requests additional Credits in a subsequent round, the Minimum Project Threshold Requirements and the Project Selection Criteria for scoring used in the initial allocation year will be applied to the evaluation of the Project in the subsequent allocation year.
