Threshold Requirements definition
Threshold Requirements means the requirements an Applicant shall meet as identified in the Application Package in order to receive an Invitation to Participate in the Predevelopment Loan Program.

Threshold Requirements means the initial requirements of a water project application that must be satisfied before the application can be evaluated for priority ranking and funding recommendations; and
