Throughput Fees definition

Throughput Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b)(ii).

Throughput Fees means the Duncan Service Fee, the Products Throughput Fee, and the Crude Oil Throughput Fee.

Examples of Throughput Fees in a sentence

  • Payment of any Throughput Fees, Storage Fees or Shortfall Payments pursuant to this Section 2 shall be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated in writing by Logistics.

  • Delek-Big Xxxxx and DKTS shall use their reasonable commercial efforts to comply with these laws and regulations, and shall negotiate in good faith to mitigate the impact of these laws and regulations and to determine the amount of increase to the Throughput Fees or the Storage Fee.

  • If, for any Contract Quarter, Actual Shipments are less than the Minimum Throughput Commitment, then DKTS shall pay the Logistics Entity an amount (a “Shortfall Payment”) equal to the difference between (i) the Minimum Throughput Commitment multiplied by the Base Throughput Fee and (ii) the aggregate Throughput Fees for such Contract Quarter payable under Section 2(b)(i) and Section 2(b)(ii).

  • Payment of any Throughput Fees or Shortfall Payment pursuant to this Section 2 shall be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated in writing by the Logistics Entity.

  • The Logistics Entity shall invoice DKTS monthly (or in the case of Shortfall Payments, quarterly), including for an estimated amount of Additional Throughput Fees calculated on an average basis for such month (with a true up in the invoice for the final month of each Contract Quarter for any overpayments or underpayments of Additional Throughput Fees during such Contract Quarter).

  • Logistics shall invoice DKTS monthly for Throughput Fees (or quarterly with respect to any shortfalls in the Minimum Quarterly Throughput Payment for that Contract Quarter).

  • Payment of any Throughput Fees pursuant to this Section 2 shall be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated in writing by Logistics.

  • Payment of any Throughput Fees or Shortfall Payment pursuant to this Section 4.4 shall be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated in writing by Partnership.

Related to Throughput Fees

  • Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.
