TI PRODUCTS means TI Products as defined in the Phase 1 TAA and as defined in the Phas▇ ▇ ▇▇▇. ▇nless otherwise provided herein, other capitalized terms herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in either or both the Phase 1 TAA or the Phase 2 TAA, as the context herein requires.

TI PRODUCTS means the final products comprising of the TDA4 and, subject to availability and porting, TDA5 chips of TI and the Software solely for use with such TI processor chips for the purposes of the Combined Offering.

TI PRODUCTS means (i) semiconductor material (whether in unprocessed form or including electrical circuitry as a part thereof) for use in discrete semiconductor devices or integrated circuits (whether in wafer form, as a hybrid integrated circuit, as a SIMM, or in packaged form); (ii) discrete semiconductor devices such as a transistor or diode implemented on a single piece of semiconductor material, with or without packaging or housing; (iii) integrated circuits (including, but not limited to, microcomponent integrated circuits, digital logic integrated circuits, analog integrated circuits, memory integrated circuits, digital signal processors, and any combinations thereof on a single chip or multiple chips within a single package) with or without packaging or housing; and (iv) any product which includes a combination or aggregation of two or more of the foregoing. TI Product(s) does not include stand-alone Dynamic Random Access Memory Devices ("DRAM").

Examples of TI PRODUCTS in a sentence

  • If during the transition period, Amkor or Anam repeatedly and materially fails to fulfill TI's reasonable requirements for TI Products, TI may terminate the transition period upon sixty days' notice.

  • Following receipt of each shipment, TI may perform incoming tests on each shipment of TI Products.

  • Anam agrees to supply TI Products to TI in cycle times which shall be competitive with merchant world-class foundry companies.

  • Anam shall not assign, consign, deliver, transfer or otherwise provide TI Products, and shall undertake security measures (including but not limited to scrap and non-conforming TI Product destruction) sufficient to prevent TI Products (including all defective TI Products which do not meet Specifications) from being sold, assigned, consigned, delivered, transferred or otherwise provided, to any third party without the express written consent of TI.

  • In the event such tests demonstrate that such TI Products fail to conform to the then-applicable quality and reliability Specifications furnished by TI and such Specifications conform to the foregoing, TI shall have the right to return, after confirmation of failures, such TI Products to Anam for rework or replacement at no cost to TI.

  • TI assumes no liability for the manufacture of unqualified TI Products.

  • Unless otherwise specified in writing by TI, (a) all defective TI Products which cannot be repaired economically shall be scrapped and destroyed and (b) such defective TI Products shall not be transferred to any third party.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
