Ticket Confirmation definition
Ticket Confirmation means the Ticketmaster order confirmation form, the Club post-sale confirmation email, and any invoice or any other documentation or communication issued to the Licensee by or on behalf of the Club.
Ticket Confirmation means the Ticketmaster order confirmation form, the Club post-sale confirmation email, and any invoice or any other documentation or communication issued to the Licensee by or on behalf of the Club, as may be amended or updated from time to time upon agreement by the Club and Licensee (e.g., in the case of a required or requested permanent or temporary relocation of Licensee’s seat location during the Term).
