Tide Platform User definition

Tide Platform User has the meaning set out in the Tide Terms.

Tide Platform User means a person who has been given (a) permission by us to access the Tide Platform and (b) permission by you to access the Tide Platform and to enter into Tide Platform Transactions on your behalf.

Examples of Tide Platform User in a sentence

  • Alternatively, a Tide Platform User may at any time transfer any Available Balance to a UK bank or PSP (part of Faster Payments Scheme) account via Faster Payments (subject to Account Limits) and call Customer Services to close the Tide GBP E-Money Account.

  • online platform means a provider of a hosting service which, at the request of a recipient of the service, stores and disseminates to the public information, unless that activity is a minor and purely ancillary feature of another service and, for objective and technical reasons cannot be used without that other service, and the integration of the feature into the other service is not a means to circumvent the applicability of this Regulation.

  • Hosting platform means a hosted infrastructure to run the Cloud Service.

  • Company Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Identifying information means the same as that term is defined in § 18.2-186.3, and

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.
