Tier 1 Pricing definition

Tier 1 Pricing means the applicable pricing for Medtronic Products identified in the column entitled "TIER l"in the table set forth in the Products and Pricing Exhibit to the Agreement. a) Customer will be eligible for the Access or Tiered Pricing indicated below on all purchases of all Medtronic Products purchased hereunder, in each case dependent upon Customer's ability to demonstrate that it achievedthe applicable Performance Target during the prior Compliance Period. Accordingly, Customer will, as of the Effective Date and based on its good faith commitment to achieve the Access or Tiered Pricing Performance Target indicated below, receive the Access or indicated Tiered Pricing on all Medtronic Products purchased hereunder during the initial Compliance Period.
Tier 1 Pricing means pricing consistent with market maker or market leader pricing available from Intel for the particular chipset and CPU products to be provided by Intel to NCD under this Agreement and specifically set forth in the Statement of Work and other additional Statements of Work. Such Tier 1 Pricing will be consistent with pricing offered to other market makers or market leaders shipping the largest volume of units in a given market segment. Related to Tier 1 Pricing

  • Level V Pricing applies on any day if no other Pricing Level applies on such day.

  • Level III Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A- or higher by S&P or A3 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) neither Level I Pricing nor Level II Pricing applies.

  • Level I Pricing applies on any day on which the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A+ or higher by S&P or A1 or higher by Moody’s.

  • Level II Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A or higher by S&P or A2 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) Level I Pricing does not apply.

  • Level IV Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated BBB+ or higher by S&P or Baa1 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) none of Level I Pricing, Level II Pricing or Level III Pricing applies.

  • Tier 1 Help Desk means Customer's point of contact(s) to provide all Tier 1 Support within Customer's organization(s).

  • Tier 3 Wire Centers are those Embarq Wire Centers that are not Tier 1 or Tier 2 Wire Centers.

  • Tier 1 Support means the Technical Support provided by the Tier 1 Help Desk.

  • Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. In this solicitation and resulting contract, "Catalog Pricing" shall be defined as: "The then available list of goods or services, in the most current listing regardless of date, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, price schedule, shelf-price or other viewable format that:

  • Tier 2 means the portion of the design- related information contained in the generic DCD that is approved but not certified by this appendix (Tier 2 information). Compli- ance with Tier 2 is required, but generic changes to and plant-specific departures from Tier 2 are governed by Section VIII of this appendix. Compliance with Tier 2 pro- vides a sufficient, but not the only accept- able, method for complying with Tier 1. Compliance methods differing from Tier 2 must satisfy the change process in Section VIII of this appendix. Regardless of these dif- ferences, an applicant or licensee must meet the requirement in Section III.B of this ap- pendix to reference Tier 2 when referencing Tier 1. Tier 2 information includes:

  • Tier 2 Support means the Esri Technical Support provided to the Tier 1 Help Desk when a Case cannot be resolved through Tier 1 Support.

  • Established catalogue price means the price included in a catalogue, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • Qualifying Criteria means the criteria outlined in Section 3 and which is used to determine whether an individual is eligible to receive criminal Legal Aid;

  • Tier 2 Capital has the meaning given to the term “Tier 2 capital” in 12 C.F.R. Part 217, as amended, modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time or any replacement thereof.

  • Spread pricing means the model of prescription drug pricing in which the pharmacy benefits

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Established catalog price means the price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that:

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Tier 1 means the portion of the design-related information contained in the generic DCD that is approved and certified by this appendix (Tier 1 information). The design descriptions, interface requirements, and site parameters are derived from Tier 2 information. Tier 1 information includes:

  • Tier 1 Capital means Tier 1 capital for the purposes of the Capital Regulations.

  • Pricing Level II shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.50 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00.

  • Pricing Level III shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.00 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 2.50 to 1.00.

  • Standard reference compendia means the American Medical Association Drug Evaluations, the

  • Market Abuse means any unscrupulous behavior addressed to the Market Abuse Law of 2016 (Law 102(I)/2016) and as amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time.

  • continuing candidate means any candidate not deemed to be elected, and not excluded,

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:
