Time Bombs definition

Time Bombs means code, which is not described in the documentation or Specification, the purpose of which is to halt effective operation or use of the system by a Person other than the Party operating the system when triggered by certain events or to detect non-compliance with law, its license, or the terms of this Agreement.

  • In addition to any other remedies permitted in the Agreement, if Licensee breaches its warranties under this Section, Licensee will, at its expense, take remedial action to eliminate any Time Bombs and/or Viruses and prevent re-occurrence (including implementing appropriate processes to prevent further occurrences) as well as provide prompt, reasonable assistance to Avaya to materially reduce the effects of the Time Bomb and/or Virus.

  • Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan Horses, Worms, Time Bombs, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property of another.

  • Licensor further warrants that at the date of shipment to Avaya or its Authorized Providers no Licensed Product shall contain any defects or code that will stop the Licensed Product from functioning or performing fully in accordance with their Specifications after any period of time or event (i.e., contain any "Time Bombs").

  • Each Party shall promptly notify the other of any defects in relevant security mechanisms of which it has actual knowledge, such as Time Bombs, Viruses, Trap Doors, or similar devices.

  • Licensor shall immediately advise Avaya, in writing, upon reasonable suspicion or actual knowledge that any Licensed Product provided under this Agreement contain any Viruses or Time Bombs, and shall indemnify and hold Avaya, its Authorized Providers and all other affected parties harmless from any damage resulting from any Licensed Product containing a Virus or Time Bomb.

  • The Parties shall use Best Efforts to disable and/or correct any such defects, such as Time Bombs, Viruses, Trap Doors, or similar devices.

Related to Time Bombs

  • Time Block means a time block of 15 minutes, for which specified electrical parameters and quantities are recorded by special energy meter, with first time block starting at 00.00 hrs;

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program or "MS4 Program" means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations and the Act and attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.
