Time Charter Party definition

Time Charter Party the time charter party described in Clause 6.
Time Charter Party means this time charter party, including the Appendices, as may be amended from time to time.

Examples of Time Charter Party in a sentence

  • In the event that the Time Charter Party departs from the standard time charter terms of the Pool (attached hereto as Appendix 3.1) and such variations, in the opinion of the Pool Committee, have an effect on the earning potential of the Vessel, then such difference shall be reflected in the Total Costs allocated to the Vessel.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any such change of Vessel ownership or technical management shall not affect any of the terms of this Agreement, including the Time Charter Party.

  • Upon delivery of the Vessel to the Buyers under this Agreement, the Vessel shall be delivered under a Time Charter Party, attached as Exhibit 2, entered into between the Buyers and a company affiliated with the Sellers, (the "Time Charterers").

  • If at the end of such 180 day period, the Borrower is diligently pursuing one or more replacement Time Charter Party Agreements, such period will be extended for an additional period (not to exceed ninety days) during which the Borrower reasonably expects to enter into such replacement Time Charter Party Agreements as long as the implementation of such extension could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

  • The Sellers may leave onboard for use by the Time Charterer under the Time Charter Party items which Sellers are entitled to take ashore and other items excluded from the sale.

  • In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Master Time Charter Party and/or the Confirmation Memorandum, this Agreement shall prevail.
