Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.
E-Check means any check which You authorize the payee to process electronically. For joint accounts, read singular pronouns in the plural.
Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.
Depository Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(h) hereof.
Accounts means all presently existing and hereafter arising accounts, contract rights, and all other forms of obligations owing to Borrower arising out of the sale or lease of goods (including, without limitation, the licensing of software and other technology) or the rendering of services by Borrower, whether or not earned by performance, and any and all credit insurance, guaranties, and other security therefor, as well as all merchandise returned to or reclaimed by Borrower and Borrower's Books relating to any of the foregoing.
