Time & Material definition

Time & Material means that Supplier will charge Customer based on the time spent by Supplier and the material used to perform the Services. Travelling and accommodation costs, will be charged in accordance with Supplier’s then-current price list or in accordance with the prices agreed in the related Delivery Agreement.
Time & Material means support, technical, or other service provided by MORPHO to Customer that Is not included in the Basic Service and Agreement as described herein, Time & Material service shall only be charged to those Customers who elect the limited nine (9) Business Hours, five (5) Business Days service coverage, Time & Materials service shall be charged to Customer in addition to the costs and prices as stated in this Agreement. Time & Material service shall be charged at a premium rate of $150.00 per hour, with a required minimum of four (4) hours for each Time & Material service call and/or request placed by Customer to MORPHO. Customer shall be liable for all Time & Material services charged to Customer's account with

Examples of Time & Material in a sentence

  • In accordance with Article Five of the Agreement, the Owner will compensate the Firm in accordance with the following method(s): Negotiated Lump Sum Lump Sum Plus Reimbursable Costs Time & Material (negotiated hourly rate) Cost Plus Fixed Fee, as provided in the attached proposal.

  • Time & Material Rates include all Contractor costs, overhead and profit for the Work.

  • Time & Material Rates and the Not To Exceed Price include all Contractor costs, overhead and profit for the Work.

  • The final cost should be clearly written as either as a “not to exceed Time & Material cost”, or a “Lump Sum” cost, or a combination of the two (when applicable).

  • Any labor expended on Services not required to accomplish the AD will be allocated as appropriate either to the PBTH Rate or to the Delta Time & Material Rate as provided elsewhere herein.

  • Final pricing on Time & Material Change Orders must be received within 10 days of completion of the extra work.

Related to Time & Material

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred or disposed of under a general or specific license issued by the Agency.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Course Materials means any Education content provided to Client in any media pursuant to a Schedule, including without limitation, all publications, courseware, training manuals and materials, user guides, web portals, or virtual labs provided by ConnectWise or a ConnectWise subcontractor.
