Time & Materials definition

Time & Materials means that Services Fees shall be calculated, invoiced and paid based on the following concepts:
Time & Materials means a pricing model whereby Fees are calculated based on time actually spent, and materials actually consumed, by Mphasis or its Representatives in the performance of the Services.
Time & Materials means services and materials which are billed at the rates set forth in Exhibit E being charged by OneNeck.

  • For projects billed on a Time & Materials basis, the following additional information must be included: • Invoices shall include description of work, # of hours worked if applicable, including copies of time sheets and a certified payroll following the USDOL form (or comparable); • Copies of original receipts for all materials purchased or costs incurred as a result of the scope of work.

  • Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable SOW, the Services Fees shall be calculated using a Time & Materials model.

  • The following is the Time & Materials and the Client will be invoiced as estimated and presented.

More Definitions of Time & Materials

Time & Materials or “T&M” means a contract basis where payment is made for: (i) the delivery of direct labor hours at an agreed upon fixed hourly rate; and (ii) the reimbursement of related direct non-labor expenses; all pursuant to a specified scope of work.
Time & Materials means dayworks based on actual time and materials used specifically for one project at any time recorded on daywork sheets and billed in accordance with agreed rates and percentage mark-up;
Time & Materials means that Services Fees shall be calculated, invoiced and paid based on the following concepts: a) Services Fees shall be calculated by multiplying the number of hours/days worked by OT in respect of the Services by the applicable hourly/daily rate set forth in the applicable SOW or Proposal, b) Milestones and acceptance criteria set out in the applicable SOW or Proposal shall only be used for project management purposes, and shall not affect OT’s ability to invoice the Customer for applicable Services Fees and Expenses, c) Customer is obligated to pay for completed Services as invoiced, regardless of whether all Services in the SOW or Proposal have been completed, and d) any reference to “total estimated services fees and expenses”, “total fee”, “maximum fee”, “fee quote” or “quoted fee” (or other similar phrases) shall be deemed to be a good faith estimate of the aggregate Services Fees which is provided for planning and budgeting purposes only, and shall not be deemed to be a binding guarantee that all of the Services will be provided for an aggregate Services Fee equal to or less than such estimate. 5.2 Модель времени и материалов. Related to Time & Materials

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Course Materials means lectures, exercises designed for online collaboration, multimedia developed for Web distribution, notes, outlines, syllabi, bibliographies, tests, instructional handouts, videotaped presentations and any like materials and documents (whether in electronic or other medium) that a member of the bargaining unit authors or creates in connection with the preparation or teaching of a course at a University.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Company Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
