Examples of Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) in a sentence

  • Subject to mutual agreement of the supervisor and the employee as to timing of accumulation and usage, employees will be eligible to accumulate up to 5 days of Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) to supplement their vacation.

  • You may be eligible to accrue Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) as outlined within the Employee Handbook and should also be authorised by your Line Manager.

  • Additional hours provisions apply to work beyond these hours and employees will attract Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) in accordance with the TOIL Policy.

  • Any approved overtime worked by employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rates as stated in the relevant Awards, or otherwise by mutual agreement between an employees and their supervisor, may be taken as Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) at ordinary time at a later date.

  • In addition, a minimum of 2 hours for call outs will apply at time and a half, such time to be taken as Time Off In Lieu (TOIL).

  • With prior approval, Time Off In Lieu (TOIL), may be accrued to a maximum of 40 hours.

  • Any time worked in this capacity shall be either paid by authorised overtime or given as authorised Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) where agreed between the employee and the CEO (or his nominated officer).

  • Where an Employee works in excess of their contracted hours they will receive Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) of any overtime payment.
