time-only, which means that they operate in much the same way as a mechanical movement. The display above shows a time setting of 43 hours and 15 minutes. All versions of the 114E can be advanced in 15 minute increments only. All 114E movements feature instant open, which means that the unlocking pin does not release the lock until exact “0" hour. Standard versions of the 114E series can be set for a maximum locking time of 199 hours. A special version is available that can be set for maximum locking time of 999 hours. 114E series movements are available as reset or non-reset. Non-reset movements can not have their locking time altered after 1 minute.

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Programme Effective Date means 5 December 2017.

  • Applicable Anniversary of the Commencement Date means the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date.

  • Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.

  • Monthly Remittance Conditions means, collectively, (i) TMCC is the Servicer, (ii) either (a) TMCC’s short-term unsecured debt is rated P-1 by Moody’s and A‑1 by S&P, or (b) certain arrangements are made that are acceptable to the Rating Agencies and (iii) no Event of Default or Servicer Default shall have occurred and be continuing (unless waived by the appropriate Noteholders).

  • Looked after means all those currently in the care of a Local Authority or accommodated by a Local Authority under the terms of the Children Act 1989 and children who were previously in the care of or accommodated by a Local Authority but immediately after being looked after, became subject to an adoption, a child arrangements order or special guardianship order.

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Offer Commencement Date means the date on which Purchaser commences the Offer, within the meaning of Rule 14d-2 under the Exchange Act.

  • Remittance Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following) of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Anniversary Year The one-year period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first anniversary thereof, and each subsequent one-year period beginning on the day after the end of the preceding Anniversary Year and ending on next succeeding anniversary of the Closing Date.

  • First Remittance Date With respect to each Mortgage Loan Package, the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately preceding such 18th day) of the calendar month immediately following the Closing Date; provided, however, if the Servicing Transfer Date is not one (1) or more Business Days prior to the first day of such calendar month, such date will be the 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately preceding such 18th day) of the next succeeding calendar month.

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.

  • Monthly Remittance Condition has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • License Effective Date means, with respect to each Component System of the Licensed System that Company is given the right to access and use, the date as of which the Company is first given such right to access and use.

  • Initial Vesting Date means the date occurring one (1) year after (check one):

  • Policy Anniversary means the annual anniversary of the Date of Commencement of Risk;

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Initial Optional Termination Date The first Distribution Date on which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans is equal to or less than 10% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • TARGET2 Day means a day that TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Third Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).

  • TARGET2 Business Day means, a day in which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System or any successor is open.

  • On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • In-Service Date means the date on which the Customer specifies service is to be available or the date the service is actually available, whichever is later;

  • Mature marijuana plant means a marijuana plant that is not an immature marijuana plant.
