Time Option definition

Time Option means the right and option to purchase, on the terms and conditions set forth herein, all or any part of an aggregate of the number of shares of Common Stock set forth on the signature page hereof opposite the term Time Option.

Time Option means an Option with respect to which the commencement of exercisability is governed by Section 3.1(a) hereof.

Time Option means the right and option to acquire, on the terms and conditions set forth in Section 3.1(a)(i), 3.1(b)(i) and 3.1(c)(ii), all or any part of an aggregate of the number of shares of Common Stock, as shall be evidenced by entry in the Company’s shareholder register, set forth on the signature page of this Agreement.

• The Option shall consist of a Time Option and a Performance Option.

• For good and valuable consideration, on and as of the date hereof the Company irrevocably grants to the Optionee the following Stock Options: (a) the Time Option and (b) the Performance Option, in each case on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Time Option

Time Option means an Option granted under the Plan, which is not a Performance Option, and which becomes exercisable over time based on a Participant's continued employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries.

Time Option means that portion of the Option granted to the Optionee hereunder that becomes vested and exercisable pursuant to Section 3.1(a) of this Award.

Time Option means the portion of the Option designated as a Time Option in the Grant Notice.

Time Option. De Colores Spanish Immersion Center provides care and instruction in three-different classrooms for three different groups. Full-time care is provided from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday-Friday, except on the days noted on the school calendar. Part-time care is available for the Infant and Toddler groups from 8 am to 6 pm, with a minimum of three-days a week, subject to availability and approval by the Director. There are no half-day options. I understand that the following time-options are available for each group and that the part-time care is subject to approval of the Director: Infants (6 months to 18 months) - Full-time and Part-time (three/day per week minimum) Toddlers (6 months to 18 months) - Full-time and Part-time (three/day per week minimum) Pre-K (36 months to 60 months) - Full-time only

Time Option a "Target Performance Option" and a "Stretch Performance Option". These options and are collectively referred to as the "Options", and the Target Performance Option and the Stretch Performance Option are collectively referred to as the "Performance Options". The Time Option and the Performance Options have been granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), a copy of which is attached, and are subject in all respects to the provisions of the Plan, except as specifically modified hereby. The Investment Option has not been granted under the Plan and shall have no effect on the number of options that may be awarded under the Plan. However, in all other respects, the Investment Option shall be treated as if it were awarded under the Plan, and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, except as specifically modified hereby.
