Timely Confirmation Deadline means, in respect of a Relevant Confirmation Transaction, the end of the latest day by which such Relevant Confirmation Transaction must be confirmed in accordance with Article 12 of Chapter VIII of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 149/2013 published on 23 February 2013 in the Official Journal of the European Union; and
