Timetables the timetable and stages for building the system, according to the skeleton timetable set forth in sub-section 28.1 herein, and the detailed timetable submitted by the concessioner and approved by the caller, all of which will constitute an inseparable part of the agreement. "The concessioner's work plan" – the entirety of professional documents, submitted by the concessioner to describe the framework of the project's set-up and operation, as set forth in sub-section 7.2 herein. "The system's plans" – such documents and plans as are attached and/or will be attached to this agreement, which regulate all aspects related to the set-up and operation of the system, as well as statutory and other plans and approvals of any kind, as may apply to the project and/or to be attached in the future, including a work plan prepared by the concessioner and approved by the caller (appendix F), infrastructure coordination confirmations obtained by the caller, and architectural plans for the stations (appendix D), which will become an inseparable part of this agreement. At the time of signing this agreement these will include: Appendix B – set-up specifications and its appendixes Appendix C – map of stations' locations Appendix D - infrastructure coordination confirmations and architectural plans (samples are attached to the tender. Such confirmations and plans for the execution of the requested stations will be attached no later than the date of the work commencement order). Appendix E – operation appendix; Appendix Lbinding instructions for the system.
Timetables. The finalised route timetable will be posted to you along with your child’s bus pass. We aim to operate services to the timetable advertised, however, we cannot be held responsible for journeys that take longer than expected due to factors beyond our control e.g. road traffic accidents, traffic congestion, road works, adverse weather conditions etc.

Timetables means the timetables published by us from time to time setting out the estimated departure and running times of the Services within the Operating Area;

Related to Timetables

  • Timetable means the timetable in the Fifth Schedule and includes any variations to the Timetable authorised pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Compliance schedule means a schedule designed to achieve compliance with limits, reduce pollutants in the effluent, improve the pretreatment system, etc. A permit compliance schedule does not relieve the permittee of its obligations to comply with applicable pretreatment standards and pretreatment requirements, including the prohibitions against pass through and interference. Such schedules are included in Part I of the permit.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Timelines means the dates set out in Appendix 2 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.
