Tin Mill Deed of Trust definition

Tin Mill Deed of Trust means that certain Deed of Trust, dated as of June 18, 2002, made by the Company in favor of Joyce Ofsa, as trustee, for the benefit of the Issuer and the Notes Xxxxxxx, xs beneficiaries, and encumbering the Tin Mill Collateral which constitutes real property, as the rights of the Issuer have been assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and Assignment Agreement, and as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
Tin Mill Deed of Trust means that certain Deed of Trust, dated as of June 18, 2002, made by the Company in favor of Joyce Ofsa, as trustee, for the benefit of the Issuer and the Notes Trxxxxx, xx beneficiaries, and encumbering the Tin Mill Collateral which constitutes real property, as the Issuer's rights thereunder have been assigned to the Trustee pursuant to this Indenture and the Assignment Agreement and as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Deed of Trust means this Deed of Trust, Assignment, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing, as the same may from time to time be extended, amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

  • Mortgage Sale Agreement means the mortgage sale agreement dated 3 June 2005 as amended and restated on 4 October 2007, 20 May 2008, 23 June 2014, 24 April 2018, 18 April 2020, 16 June 2020 and as further amended and restated on 30 April 2021 made between Santander UK plc (1) Abbey Covered Bonds LLP (2) and Deutsche Trustee Company Limited (the "Security Trustee") (3) (as the same may be or have been amended, varied or supplemented from time to time with the consent of those parties).

  • Reverse mortgage means a nonrecourse loan under which both of the following apply:

  • First Mortgage means a Mortgage that constitutes a first Lien on the real property and improvements described in or covered by that Mortgage.

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.

  • Mortgage Instruments means such title reports, title insurance, opinions of counsel, surveys, appraisals and environmental reports as are requested by, and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to, the Administrative Agent from time to time.

  • Security Deed means the security deed dated on or about the Series Issue Date of the ETC Securities entered into as a deed by the Issuer, the Trustee and any other parties thereto by the execution of the Issue Deed and in the form of the Master Security Terms (as amended and/or supplemented by the Issue Deed) and as such Security Deed is amended, supplemented, novated or replaced from time to time.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

  • Mortgage Instrument means any mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt executed by a Credit Party in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, pursuant to the terms of Section 4.1(e)(i), 5.10 or 5.12, as the same may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.

  • Mortgage Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement, dated as of February 14, 2020, between the Borrower, as borrowers, and the Original Lenders, as lender, as the same may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, subject to the terms hereof.

  • First Mortgage Loan A Home Equity Loan which constitutes a first priority mortgage lien with respect to any Property.

  • Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement The Pledged Asset Mortgage Servicing Agreement, dated as of February 28, 1996 between MLCC and the Master Servicer. Pooling and Servicing Agreement or Agreement: With respect to any Series, this Standard Terms together with the related Series Supplement.

  • Whole Loan Agreement Any Reconstitution Agreement in respect of a Whole Loan Transfer.

  • First Mortgage Indenture means a first mortgage indenture pursuant to which any Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Borrower may issue bonds, notes or similar instruments secured by a lien on all or substantially all of such Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s fixed assets, as the case may be.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Mortgage Addendum means the addendum to the Mortgage in the agreed form.

  • Deed means a quitclaim deed(s) substantially in the form set out in the attached

  • Bond Agreement means this bond agreement, including any Attachments to which it refers, and any subsequent amendments and additions agreed between the Parties.

  • Construction Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement to be entered into by and between the Construction Lender and the Partnership, as amended.

  • Senior Loan Agreement means that certain Term Loan Agreement, dated as of June 26, 2015, by and among Borrower and Senior Lenders, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Second Mortgage means a mortgage from which the proceeds of a loan or other extension of credit made by a third person are secured by a mortgage on the real property for which the mortgagor has used the proceeds of the loan or other extension of credit to pay all or part of the purchase price of the property.

  • Split Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is part of a Loan Combination. The only Split Mortgage Loans that are assets of the Trust as of the Closing Date are those that have the respective loan numbers (as set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule) listed on the Loan Combination Table under the column heading “Loan No. for related Mortgage Loan.”

  • Mezzanine Loan Agreement means that certain Mezzanine Loan Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Mezzanine Borrower and Mezzanine Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Subsequent Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement The agreement between the Depositor and the Seller regarding the transfer of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • Mortgage Assignment means an assignment of the Mortgage in recordable form, sufficient under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein the related Mortgaged Property is located to reflect the sale of the Mortgage.
