Tissue Mill definition

Tissue Mill means the tissue mill located at the Mobile Facility, which as of the Closing Date is owned by Scott.
Tissue Mill means KCTC's tissue mill in Mobile, Alabama.

Tissue Mill means KCTC's tissue mill in Mobile, Alabama. "Total Casualty" means any physical loss or destruction of, or destruction to, the Cogen Facility that results in damage or destruction to equipment, machinery, components or systems of the Cogen Facility that exceeds one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) or that cannot be replaced, restored or rebuilt within thirty-six (36) months of the occurrence of such loss or destruction. "Unscheduled Outage" means any outage of the Cogen Facility which is not a Scheduled Outage or Major Maintenance Outage, other than any outage which is caused by a Force Majeure event. "Vendor(s)" means those persons or companies who supply materials or equipment to Operator or any Subcontractor for the Cogen Facility. "Warranties" means all rights of Owner under or pursuant to all warranties, representations and guarantees made by manufacturers and suppliers in connection with the Cogen Facility.
Tissue Mill means the tissue mill located at the Mobile Facility.
