Title and Survey Documents definition

Title and Survey Documents means all title and survey documents comprising the Title Commitments, Pro Forma Title Policy, Final Pro Form Title Policy, ALTA Title Policy, Date Down Title Policy, preliminary ALTA Survey, Final ALTA Survey, As-Built Survey and all documents referenced therein.
