Title Estoppel definition
Title Estoppel is defined as an estoppel certificate executed by parties relating to Approvals or in connection with covenants, conditions and restrictions, reciprocal easement agreements encumbering the Assets, which estoppel certificates shall be in the form reasonably approved by Prudential.
