Buyer shall pay, at Buyer’ expense, the attorney’s Title Opinion, not for purposes of Title Insurance, and all other costs associated with obtaining a Mortgagee’s Title Insurance Policy, if required by the Lender(s).
Buyer, at Buyer’s expense, shall obtain: (check one) Commitment for Issuance of a Title Insurance Policy based on an Attorney’s Title Opinion which is rendered for Title Insurance purposes for the Owner’s and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Title Insurance Policy.
