Title Opinion definition

Title Opinion has the meaning given to that term in section 6.1(k)(v);

Title Opinion means a title opinion, in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion, regarding the before payout and after payout ownership interests held by any Loan Party, for all xxxxx located (or to be drilled) on, and otherwise as to the ownership of, such Oil and Gas Property and reflecting that the Administrative Agent has a legal and valid perfected Lien (subject only to Excepted Liens including the provisos at the end of such definition) on such Oil and Gas Property.

Title Opinion has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(l).

Examples of Title Opinion in a sentence

• Buyer shall pay, at Buyer’ expense, the attorney’s Title Opinion, not for purposes of Title Insurance, and all other costs associated with obtaining a Mortgagee’s Title Insurance Policy, if required by the Lender(s).

• Donee shall have five (5) businessdays from the date of its receipt of the Title Commitment or Title Opinion to examine title and make any objections thereto, which shall be made in writing to Donor or deemed waived.
