Upon execution of this Agreement by the Parties, Seller will order a Title Report with respect to the Property and shall ensure that same is delivered to Buyer.
The Property may be subject to restrictions contained on the plat, deed, covenants, conditions, and restrictions, or other documents noted in a Title Report.
Upon receipt of the Title Report, the Buyer shall have business days to notify the Seller, in writing, of any matters disclosed in the Title Report which is unacceptable to Buyer.
If Seller does not remedy any defect discovered by the Title Report on or before such deadline, Buyer shall have the right to cancel this Agreement, in which event the Deposit shall be returned to Buyer.
