Titled Equipment definition

Titled Equipment means any and all Equipment and Inventory represented (or required to be represented) by a certificate of title (or similar requirement) issued under the law of a State in the United States, including any licensed vehicle, truck or trailer.
Titled Equipment means any vehicle that by law must be titled or registered by the state of Alaska, Department of Motor Vehicles or FAA, to include fire trucks, ambulances, snow machines, boats, aircraft and the like. [Ord. 19-20 § 2; Ord. 16-13
Titled Equipment. Any Equipment covered by a certificate of title, certificate of ownership or other registration certificate with respect to which the creation or perfection of a security interest therein is governed by certificate of title law in the applicable jurisdiction and not by the UCC in such jurisdiction.

Examples of Titled Equipment in a sentence

  • Upon the acquisition of any additional Titled Equipment, such Borrower shall promptly, and in any event within ten (10) days after such acquisition, (i) cause the lien of the Administrative Agent on such Titled Equipment to be noted on the certificate of title relating thereto and (ii) deliver to the Administrative Agent such certificate of title (which shall evidence the lien of the Administrative Agent thereon).

  • The perfection of the security interest granted in Article 2 above in Titled Equipment will be required only with respect to any Titled Equipment that has a net book value on the date hereof or, if acquired after the date hereof, the date of acquisition greater than or equal to $0.
