The Servicer shall pay all expenses incurred in connection with the administration and servicing of the 2025-A Reference Pool and the Transaction Units, including, without limitation, expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities hereunder, including fees and disbursements of the Titling Trustee, independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer and any Titling Trustee indemnity claims.
