TLB Collateral Agent definition
TLB Collateral Agent means the Collateral Agent as such term is defined in the TLB Credit Agreement.
TLB Collateral Agent means JPMorgan, as “Collateral Agent” under and as defined in the TLB Credit Agreement or any successor thereto appointed pursuant to the TLB Credit Agreement.
