T&M Rates definition

T&M Rates means the Company’s time and materials rates for additional Professional Services as set out in the Price List or otherwise provided by the Company, such rate being exclusive of travel, accommodation and sustenance expenses incurred by the Company which shall be charge in addition at cost;

T&M Rates shall have the meaning provided in Schedule C.

T&M Rates means the hourly personnel rates for Onshore Personnel and Offshore Personnel for each In-Scope Application set forth in Exhibit C-6.

More Definitions of T&M Rates

T&M Rates. Has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(r) of Schedule C to the Terms and Conditions Schedule C

T&M Rates means the rates described in clause 8.2 (T&M Charges) of the On-Going Service Description.

T&M Rates means the time and materials rates for Services calculated as the lower of (i) the hourly rates applicable to that Order or (ii) the blended time and materials rate resulting from dividing the stated fixed price for that Order by the number of hours required to carry out the applicable Services.

T&M Rates means the time and materials rates of INGENTIVE as may be set out in the Attachment and/or updated by INGENTIVE from time to time; and

T&M Rates means the labor rates per billable hour shown in the Pricing Tables.

T&M Rates means the time and materials rates for SI Personnel in effect at any time and from time to time under this Agreement, as set out in Schedule L, and subject to adjustment pursuant to section 16.2.
