TMLS Database definition

TMLS Database. All data available to Participant on the TMLS System, including the Participant Contribution and all other text, binary, and photographic image data, in any form now known or hereafter discovered. TMLS Policies: TMLS’s bylaws, rules and regulations, and policies and procedures adopted by TMLS’s board of directors or authorized delegates, as TMLS amends them from time to time.

Examples of TMLS Database in a sentence

  • If the User continues to access the SentriLock system and/or the or TMLS Database after the expiration of the 30-day notice period, the User will be deemed to have agreed to the terms as amended.

  • Participant therefore agrees that in the event of such unauthorized disclosure of TMLS Software or TMLS Database, TMLS may obtain injunctive relief or other equitable remedies against Participant in addition to all available remedies at law, without any showing of actual damages or posting any bond or security of any kind.

  • Promptly upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, (a) TMLS shall deactivate Participant's user ID and password, and Participant shall have no further access to the TMLS Service; (b) Participant shall purge all copies of the TMLS Software and the TMLS Database (except the Participant Contribution) from Participant's personal computers; and (c) all licenses granted hereunder, except the license to the Participant Contribution in Paragraph 21(b), if any, shall immediately terminate.

  • If in TMLS’s judgment, however, a violation or alleged violation of the TMLS Policies is resulting in a continuing harm to TMLS or Other Participants or Subscribers, TMLS may suspend Participant’s access to the TMLS Database during the pendency of any hearing or appeal.

  • To maintain the confidentiality of all user IDs, passwords, the TMLS Database, and the TMLS System, Participant shall take the greater of reasonable care or the care it takes to protect its own confidential information.

  • TMLS shall make quarterly registrations of the copyrights in the TMLS Database, including the Participant Contribution; TMLS shall employ reasonable efforts to detect and hinder third parties using the Participant Contribution without Participant’s permission.

  • TMLS hereby grants Participant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license during the term of this Agreement to use the TMLS Software and the TMLS Database (excluding the Participant Contribution) (collectively, the “Licensed Materials”), only to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement and the TMLS Policies and only to deliver real estate brokerage or appraisal services to Participant’s bona fide customers.

  • If Participant or any Subscriber continues to use the TMLS Service or TMLS Database after the expiration of the 30-day notice period, Participant will be deemed to have agreed to the terms as amended.

  • TMLS is not required to, and assumes no responsibility to, review, edit, or exercise editorial control over the TMLS Database or the Participant Contribution; use of either is subject to the exclusions of warranties and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement.

  • Participant acknowledges and agrees that the TMLS Software and TMLS Database are confidential and proprietary products of TMLS and that in the event there is an unauthorized disclosure of them by Participant, no remedy at law will be adequate.

Related to TMLS Database

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Pseudonymous data means personal data that cannot be attributed to a specific natural person

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Sui Generis Database Rights means rights other than copyright resulting from Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases, as amended and/or succeeded, as well as other essentially equivalent rights anywhere in the world.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).

  • Business Data means all business information and data, including Personal Information (whether of employees, contractors, consultants, customers, consumers, or other persons and whether in electronic or any other form or medium) that is accessed, collected, used, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, disposed of or otherwise processed by any of the Business Systems or otherwise in the course of the conduct of the business of the Company or any Company Subsidiaries.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Access Data means the Client’s access codes, any login code, password(s), his/her Trading Account number and any information required to make Orders with the Company.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Archives means the archives of Michigan.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.
