TNC Vehicle definition

TNC Vehicle means a motor vehicle with a capacity to carry a maximum of eight (8) passengers, plus the driver, that is used by a TNC Driver to provide transportation services that are offered or facilitated by a Transportation Network Company.
TNC Vehicle means Transportation Network Company vehicle, as defined in Section 627.748(g), Florida Statutes.
TNC Vehicle means any vehicle driven by a TNC driver to offer and/or provide TNC services.

Examples of TNC Vehicle in a sentence

  • At no time shall any TNC Vehicle or TNC Driver enter and remain staged in the TNC Holding Area without an activated Digital Network.

  • For each transaction type, the TNC shall provide the unique trip number, transaction type, date, time, geographical location, TNC Driver unique identifier, and TNC Vehicle license plate number.

  • A TNC Vehicle operating in any area not having an assignment from the TNC Mobile App to transport, drop-off, or pick-up a passenger.

  • If TNC Driver must park or leave their TNC Vehicle, they shall park in a public parking facility.

  • Licensee will notify LAWA and the TNC Driver and cancel the rights of the TNC Driver and TNC Vehicle to operate at the Airport if found to violate the CPUC, DMV, City and/or Airport Rules and Regulations and/or other city, state, and federal rules and regulations more than once during the Term of this License Agreement.


More Definitions of TNC Vehicle

TNC Vehicle means a personal vehicle used by a TNC driver to provide transportation services arranged through a TNC’s digital network.
TNC Vehicle means any Vehicle, whether or not it is carrying an Airport Customer, that it is operating at the time by reason of its relationship with the TNC
TNC Vehicle means a motor vehicle with a seating capacity of not more than nine (9) including the driver that is intended to be used or is actually used for hire for the purpose of providing transportation services that are offered or facilitated by the TNC.
TNC Vehicle means a vehicle as defined in The Vehicles for Hire Act and used to provide vehicle-for-hire service;
TNC Vehicle means a vehicle driven by a TNC driver.
TNC Vehicle means a vehicle that is not a taxicab, jitney, limousine, or for-hire vehicle as defined section 320.01(15), Florida Statutes, and that is:
TNC Vehicle means a motor vehicle with a seating capacity of not more than seven (7) passengers, including the TNC Driver that provides transportation services through a TNC App but does not include a taxicab or limousine;
