To Establish Service definition

To Establish Service means to become a customer of the City by entering into an arrangement to receive municipal service from the City;
To Establish Service means to enter into an arrangement for the collection of sanitary waste or storm drainage through completed service pipes.

  • eDDA Service means a service provided by HKICL as part of HKICL FPS to facilitate customers of Participants to set up direct debit authorisation.
