The TO-CA MEA identifies the maximum cumulative amount that may be authorized for Preconstruction Services.
The Trustees require the Service Provider to achieve a minimum of three percent (3%) DVBE participation for each individual Construction Agreement awarded under the TO-CA MEA.
If Service Provider has elected to implement the DVBE incentive then Service Provider is required to achieve the incentive amount of DVBE participation in addition to the three percent required DVBE participation for each Construction Agreement awarded under the TO-CA MEA.
