Toll Charges definition

Toll Charges means any and all road, bridge, ferry, tunnel and airport toll charges, including inner-city congestion, environmental or similar charges.
Toll Charges means the charges referred to in Part IV;
Toll Charges means all monthly charges, including without limitation any -------------- minimum monthly charge and any charge for the use of long distance toll charges, incurred by a Customer for the Long Distance Service and charged to the Customer by Licensee or Licensor, whether or not such charges are incurred before or after termination of this Agreement.

  • PROVIDER has engaged a third-party vendor to manage the processing of these Toll Charges (“Toll Service Provider”) and will enroll the Chassis with such Toll Service Provider.

  • This section 3.4 shall survive termination of this Agreement for as long as the Customer receives billing for the Toll Charges by Licensee.

Related to Toll Charges

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
