Toll Point definition

Toll Point means the physical location at which a SunPass transponder, interoperable transponder, and/or license plate information is read, and a toll is assessed to authorized users or violators operating a vehicle in an express lane or general toll lane.
Toll Point has the meaning given to the term "toll plaza" in the Transport Infrastructure Act.

Toll Point means, in respect of each of Southern Link Section 1 and Southern Link Section 5, each position at which a toll gantry is located.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. A STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • connecting point means the point at which the drainage installation joins the connecting sewer;

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
